Just scroll down to choose "Medical or Medical Insurance" and then scroll down in the next panel to choose your county. Then click the SEARCH Button and you will find many organizations with health care services for those in reentry. Call the phone number listed for your county to get more help and information.

Family Health Centers, Inc. provide everyone access to high quality primary care and preventive care services without regard to your health insurance status or your ability to pay for the services.
