Click here on the Resources link at Kentucky Reentry and you will find family and parenting counseling services for many Kentucky counties.
Just scroll down to choose "family, family health, and/or parenting and then scroll down in the next panel to choose your county. Then click the SEARCH Button and you will find many organizations with parenting programs for those in reentry. Call the phone number listed for your county to get more help and information. |

The Parents Acquiring Skills and Strength (PASS) program has helped hundreds of parents in the "Nurturing Parenting Program". The goal is to prevent child abuse and neglect.
The classes help those who are parenting while coping with stresses such as single parenting, leaving domestic violence, divorce, parenting sober for the first time; raising grandchildren or other issues. Click here for more information on the PASS program and speak to your mentors, therapist, doctor or other counselor about getting a referral to the program. The referral form can be downloaded from the PASS web page. |
The Center for Women and Families serves as a rape crisis and domestic violence center for Kentucky and southern Indiana.

This non-sectarian support group meets every Sunday throughout the year from 5:00 to 6:30 PM. It meets at Crescent Hill Baptist Church on Frankfort Avenue. There is no charge for the group and participants may join at any time, walk-ins are welcome, and childcare is provided at no charge.
